Rotate an Implant Around Its Axis

The implant may be rotated around its axis in 1-degree increments, using the Property Panel or the dedicated implant tab.

Via the Dedicated Implant Tab

Select the implant you want to rotate. A dedicated tab appears in the toolbar.

Click Rotation in the Position group of the Implant tab.

Drag the slider to rotate the selected implant: drag right to rotate clockwise, drag left to rotate the implant counterclockwise.

Note

The slider can be used to rotate the implant with larger increments. For fine-tuning using the arrows at the left and right of the slider is recommended. This will make the implant rotate in 1-degree increments.

Via the Property Panel

Open the implant’s Property Panel [Ctrl+P] or [Cmd+P].

In the Implant Position group, use the Rotation slider to rotate the implant around its axis.

Abutments mounted on an implant rotate together with the implant.
