File Status Icons

When creating a treatment plan for a patient an overview of the status of the files is provided, without actually having to open the files. The following icons are used in the patient list to indicate whether the planning is busy, approved, or already ordered.

	The treatment plan is open.
	The file is busy being planned.
	The treatment plan has been approved.
	The treatment plan is ready to be ordered.
	The order has been sent.
