Fill out the number fields in the Contact Information group. By default, a home number and a mobile number can be entered. However, the type of contact number can be altered.
To add an extra phone or fax number to the patient’s medical record:
Click Add Phone Number. A new number field is added.
Select the type of number from the list.
Repeat the previous steps until all necessary contact numbers are added.
To remove one of the numbers, click the remove icon next to the telephone number.
