Add an E-Mail Address to the Patient Information File

To add an e-mail address to the patient’s medical record, fill out the E-mail address field in the Contact Information group. It is possible to add an extra e-mail address:

Click Add_24x24.png Add E-mail Address.

A new e-mail field is shown. Select the type of e-mail address from the selection drop-down box.

Remove an E-Mail Address from a Medical Record

To remove one of the e-mail addresses, click the remove icon  next to the address.
