To add an address to the patient’s medical record:
Select what type of address is to be entered, click the arrow next to Home address and choose between home address, work address, clinic address, or other.
Fill out the address fields in the Contact Information group.
Optionally, add an extra address, for example work address or other locations.
Click Add Address.
A new set of address fields is added for you to fill out using the steps explained above.
To remove one of the addresses, click the remove icon next to the address.
