To set the team folder:
Click Set Folder and click Browse to find the folder you wish to use.
Note
By default, the path to the team folder that was set up during installation is shown.
Click Select Folder.
Click Save.
Note
If the folder is inaccessible, does not exist or could not be updated on the server, an error message is shown.
Important: Mac / Windows
If there are Mac and Windows users in your practice, the team folder has to be set once on a Mac computer for all Mac users and once on a Windows computer for all Windows users.
Patient records are stored in the team folder. Archived patients are saved in the Archive subfolder of the team folder.
Note
Privately stored patients are stored in your 'Working folder' that was configured during installation. This folder cannot be changed in the preferences.
