Export an X-Guide™ Surgical Plan
To export an X-Guide™ surgical plan:
In the Discuss module, select a created X-Guide™ surgical plan from the Communication items list.
Click Export 
in the X-Guide™ group in the Communication tab.
In the dialog, click Browse and go to the location where the X-Guide™ surgical plan should be saved.
Click Save.
