Order a Surgical Template
Select the patient record in the 
patient list.
Click 
Collaborate.
Hover over 
Surgical template.

Select or deselect patient data by clicking a tile.
A selection is indicated with a blue border.
Select Anonymize patient data to send the order without the patient name, patient ID and date of birth.
Click Continue.
A draft order is created on DTX Studio Go.
Check the prefilled details, and complete any missing information.
On the tooth chart, indicate the requested treatment plan.
Click Save.
Click Place order.
The surgical template plan order is added to the Outgoing orders page on DTX Studio Go.The order can also be viewed on the Orders tab of the patient record, where you can find the order reference.
The provider will create a surgical template in DTX Studio Implant.
