There are different ways to import files and data into DTX Studio Clinic: either by dragging and dropping like described below, or — in the Clinic module — by using the Import option on the patient menu
.
Drag and drop a compatible image or file or a whole folder with mixed data from the file explorer into DTX Studio Home or into the Clinic module.
On the Select data window:
The data are grouped per data type. Select the data you want to add to this diagnosis by clicking the tiles with the data. Tiles with a colored border will be included.
Click to view the data in grid view. Click
to view the data in list view.
Click Select all to select all the data in the list. Click Deselect all to deselect all the data.
To change the acquisition date of data, view the data in grid view , hover over the tile, and in the
menu, select Edit acquisition date, and then enter the date. To change the dates for all the data in this window, click Edit acquisition date for all and enter the date.
To change the modality of data in grid view , hover over the tile, and in the
menu, select the modality. To change the modality of data in list view
, select the modality from the drop-down list. Then click Apply.
To change the name of an intraoral scan file, view the data in grid view , select the file, and type the new name in the text field. By default, the name of the file is taken.
Notes
— For IO scans the category (upper jaw, bite, diagnostics, ...) can be changed by selecting it from the list. Every IO scan type has its own color.
— A single NXA or SF DICOM file can be imported via drag and drop in the Clinic module, but not in DTX Studio Home.
Click Import.
The data is added to the patient record.
Notes
— If you accidentally acquired or imported 2D images or (CB)CT scans for the wrong patient, there is an option to Reassign Patient Data.
— If you accidentally imported an image with an incorrect modality, there is an option to Change the Image Modality.
