To adapt brightness and contrast:
Click Diagnose on the menu bar.
Click Brightness Contrast.
Drag on a viewer:
horizontally: to change the contrast.
vertically: to change the brightness.
Right-click to stop the action.

Alternatively, right-click and drag to adjust the brightness and contrast.
When the brightness and contrast tool is used with grayscale images, the level and window values are updated accordingly.
Level and window values are shown in the bottom-left corner of the workspace.
Upon importing or capturing a 2D image, level and window values are automatically set. To disable this, go to the image settings.
Alternatively:
Click on the smart panel Viewer tab.
Use the Brightness and Contrast sliders.
Notes
To set level and window values, click , select Set level window values and enter values in the corresponding boxes.
Click Reset to restore the initial values as they were when the patient record was opened.
Click Auto to restore the automatically set level and window values, or if specified, the values set in the image settings.
