Retrieve Patient Media from PACS

If DICOM communication between DTX Studio Core and a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is enabled in DTX Studio Core, you can retrieve patient images from the PACS.
In the patient list, select the patient record.
Click More and select Retrieve from PACS.
Select the PACS server form the list.
The search on the selected PACS server is automatically initiated using the patient's last name, with the option to include the date of birth. To search manually for a patient, select Last name and date of birth or Patient ID, and enter at least three characters.
Notes
For each patient found, you can request additional information by clicking More info to help identify the correct patient.
Search results are limited to 100 entries.
The Patient ID field is automatically populated with the DTX Studio Clinic patient ID, but you can replace it with the PACS patient ID.
Choose the desired time range for the data:
Recent images (last 30 days)
From past year
All images
Click Retrieve data to begin the download of the patient media. The media is stored in the patient record that was selected in DTX Studio Clinic
