Use the pen tool to draw specific regions by drawing segmented lines on the image.
Draw line segments by clicking where the anchor points should be.
Note
The pen annotation line thickness can be chosen.
Right-click to finish.
All the lines will appear as one annotation on the Visibility smart panel.
