Manage Implant Plans

When opening a patient record, the most recent diagnosis is displayed. If multiple implant plans exist, open another plan via the down-arrow icon on the Implant plan smart panel.

The Plan toolbar is available only when 3D data are present and provides the tools you need to create and adjust treatment plans. Some tools are only available in specific workspaces, in other workspaces they will be grayed out.

For prosthetic-driven implant planning, virtual teeth are added.

	Auto plan		Auto plan*	Let the software calculate an initial implant plan.
			New implant plan	Add another implant plan. Once completed, switch between implant plans via the Implant plan smart panel.
		Plan an implant manually. This tool can be used in any workspace that contains (CB)CT data.
		Plan an anchor pin.
	Implant angle	Measure the angle between implants.
	Parallelize all	Parallelize all implants. This is useful for planning small bridges or full arch restorations. If abutments are used, such as angulated multi-unit abutments, it are the abutments that are aligned in parallel.
	Surgical template	Create a surgical template for local production.
	NobelGuide	Create and order a NobelGuide from Nobel Biocare.
